I'm not sure why but my Crafty Clock gets ticking as we get close to starting to countdown for the new catty. It may be this time of year when I get lots more crafting done due to weather ... or maybe it's the holidays and all the occasions to scrap or reasons to make cards. I start getting motivated to "use up" all the older paper packs I have so I can make room for new...woohoo! This week was no different! Time to use up the older Christmas paper packs so I can get ready to scrap 2011 holidays with new stuff! Do you find yourself doing the same?
Now is a GREAT time to check out all of the fantastic layout ideas in CTMH Jeannette Lynton Sketch Idea book, "Magic". Both of these layouts came from ideas from this book. Of course, it was a GREAT time to use my Cricut CTMH Art Philosophy Cartridge for both layouts. I don't think I do a page without it now!
Thanks for stopping by on our Sharing from the Heart Blog Hop! If you came from Deb's Blog you're on the right path and it's time to hop to Polly's Blog. Don't worry if you started here! No matter where you start, you'll still get around the loop to see all of the GREAT creations this month. Thanks for stopping!

November 2011 Sharing From the Heart
Whew! I almost missed this month's Sharing From the Heart Blog Hop! I don't know how I missed the sign up? Well Diana, bless her heart, was willing to add me to the list so here I am! You should be hopping in from Adeline's Blog. I was so excited to show off my pages for this time because I REALLY like the CTMH Elemental Paper Pack! It's SO versatile. The colors are awesome and the patterns are great for fun backgrounds. This sketch is from Even More Scrapping #34 Sketch. Cheryl does such a great job with the sketches! I rotated the sketch to make it work for my pictures.
Check out the CUTE leaves and letters all cut from the CTMH Art Philosophy Cricut Cart. For the accent colors to go with the Elemental Paper Pack I used the new Dark Yellow & Orange Shade Pack. It gave me some great variety for the leaves and the letters. Don't forget that with the new CTMH DSP, the fun strip I have in the middle was cut from the top of the paper. I think this is a GREAT idea and I'm really pleased they have the name now on the back of the strip and not on the paper. By the way, these fun Fall photos are from our annual Fall Tour Day. Here in Ohio, every year in October they designate a weekend and a variety of Fall stops you can
check out. We only picked 2 - 3 stops but it was a beautiful day and just perfect to be out touring the every day sites we miss. Not to mention, the color was indescribable. For this page I added a poem I found called, "October's Party". Sometimes I don't have alot of journaling for this as we go every year and the pictures are just sites we saw so a poem worked perfectly. I had SO much fun cutting out the leaves on my CTMH Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge that I cut some extra to use for a card. The word "Fall" was actually a goof for my page as it was too large to fit in the spot I wanted. All good, it could go on my card. The card design is from this weeks Card Pattern's #141.
Making the card was a great way to use up the scraps from the page. I added Glitz Glitter to some of the leaves to give it a little sparkle.
Well, I hope you've had fun on the Sharing From the Heart Blog Hop for November. You probably arrived from Adeline's Blog but if not, no worries because you're now back at the beginning and headed to Diana's Blog. Thanks for Hopping!

Ahhh Holidays
I always look forward to the holidays but getting there is crazy. No matter how much planning and practice I've had, it just seems to be controlled chaos. I find myself wishing for peace and yet, the holiday arrives and it becomes quiet and calm around my house for a few days. Ahhh, Holidays! Once again this year I find myself planning and figuring for how to get all I want completed done for the celebrations. I'm hopeful this year, I have the perfect plan, LOL! We'll see? It's always fun to try. My card is sketch came from Freshly Made Sketches #10 and a cute card I cased in the SCS Gallery. Happy Thoughts!
Really this is some of my ALL TIME favorite paper from CTMH! It seems like the colors just go GREAT with any season. They also always seem to make the card peaceful and pleasant. I especially like the Juniper Satin Loop Ribbon, so pretty. This is for a good friend of mine going through some tough times. The sentiment, from Card Chatter set worked just perfectly. I was determined to use my butterfly dies tonight...guess it's my way of pretending is Spring out, LOL! No such luck here in Ohio, they even said possible flurries this weekend, ugh! Well, it's a great time to stay in and finish up my Christmas Cards! woohoo! Stamp On! Supplies: CTMH Paper Wings CB, CTMH Stamps Card Chatter - Sympathy, CTMH Ink New England Ivy, CB Emboss Folder Birds, CTMH Opaques, SU! Butterfly Die

Best Foot Forward
Happy Monday! I read an excerpt from Joel Osteen's new book and he talks about how Monday's can be better days if we make up our minds to focus on the positive and enjoy the good moments! I thought that was interesting because so often we can decide if our day is "good or bad" just by making up our minds one way or another. I did have to laugh though when I saw the sentiment for this stamp set as it went just perfectly.
I found this new sketch challenge for Friday's - Friday Sketch Challenge #3. Worked perfectly for this Halloween stamp set I wanted to use - Yay! Supplies: All CTMH - Paper: Olivia, Olive CS; Ink: Desert Sand, Chocolate; Stamps: Wicked SOTM August; Sparkle Brads

Wings with Art Philosophy!
WELCOME to October Sharing From the Heart Blog Hop! You should be landing here from Kristine's Blog. Always FUN, CTMH goodies to see each month. Unfortunately this month's post just didn't work out well for me. Of course, I had a scrapbook page all planned and ready for you to check out but I didn't get home in time from traveling for work to photo so I could post. I tried photoing tonight but just couldn't get the light good enough for it to be clear and not fuzzy. So, I had to re-group and come up with "plan B". I've been gone all week so time was of the essence if I hoped to spend some time with DH tonight. I thought this was a FUN option because I decided to see how quickly I could come up with a card using the CTMH Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge. If you haven't ordered one yet,I suggest you do so quickly because I haven't taken this cartridge out of my Cricut since I received it and I love every die cut I find to use (even the lettering is awesome)! I think it took me longer to find the sketch I wanted to start from, which by the way, this came from Some Odd Girl Blog. Ran the papers through my Cricut and put the card together. I need to add a sentiment but since I'm not sure yet what I'm going to use this one for ... I'll add later. Sometimes, Quick is an AWESOME option!
Thanks for stopping by! Hopefully I'll get my scrapbook page photo'd soon and you can check it out! The next stop on our blog hop is Stephanie!

For My Uncle
This week I received a nice card from an Uncle of mine. It was really nice thank you note but it made me think about that I rarely if ever send cards to men in my family? I'm so used to just sending to my Mom and Aunts. I decided to make this card for my Uncle and reply with a card back to him. This is some of my favorite CTMH Creative Basic papers - Silhouette. Of course, I had to use A Tweet. There have been some pretty little humming birds outside my office window, great inspiration! The card sketch is from this week's challenge at Paper Players #65. Supplies: CTMH Creative Basics Silhouette, Ink Desert Sand, Bamboo, Black; Stamps A Tweet, Creative Bloom Flowers

Celebrating Fall's Arrival
Oh yes, while I'm not enjoying all the rain we're experiencing I am looking forward to Autumn here in Ohio. We live by several beautiful parks and it's always such a lovely time with all of the tree leaves turning colors. I discovered this great leaf cut out on my CTMH Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge and knew it was just perfect for this card. The card sketch is from this week's Sweet Sketch Wednesday #119. More to come with this cute leaf die cut! Supplies: All CTMH: Paper - Olivia, Olive CS, Vanilla Cream CS, Chocolate CS; Ribbon - Autumn Terracotta Ribbon Rounds; Stamps - November Word Puzzle; Ink - Chocolate

August Moments!
It's me and I'm back! It's been a crazy busy August/September getting everyone ready for back to school. My oldest we move into an apartment off campus for college this year and my youngest is a Senior in high school so it was a variety of busy moments getting him ready.
Welcome to our September Blog Hop! If you started at the beginning, you came here from Diana's Blog. This month on our Sharing From The Heart blog hop we were challenged to use one of our favorite color combos. Lately, Vineyard Berry seems to be showing up on lots of my pages and I love the Kraft for background pages. It was a great time to use some scraps for embellishments cut with CTMH Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge. It's AWESOME! If you haven't tried yours yet or received yours yet .... GET IT! I haven't taken it out of the cricut since I received it.
And especially for our Blog Hop, I have another FAVE color combo to share -- Honey, Dutch Blue and Chocolate. I've been busy trying to use up some older paper packs and this one came out for a great match with Sepia photos! Don't miss the opportunity to share in the comments your favorite CTMH Color Combos!
Thanks for stopping by on our September Blog Hop! Be sure to check out the GREAT work at the next stop with Tammy. Supplies: CTMH Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge, Paper Emporium, Kraft CS, Vineyard Berry CS,

Rained Out
We might have been rained out for our Father's Day festivities but rain wouldn't hurt my feelings because right now I've been busy SCRAPPING! This cute layout has been in my file to use for awhile, it's from H2H. We had plans for a picnic but because of rain we stayed home. My DH still had a good time though as I made him dinner and he tinkered with his hot rods all afternoon, something he doesn't get to do often. Of course, for this page I had a great time trying some new features on my CTMH Cricut Cartridge Art Philosophy. I haven't taken it out of my machine since I got it! Way too fun! Supplies: All CTMH - Paper Felicity, Chipboard Letters, Flip Flaps, Cocoa and Desert Sand Ink

Bless This Nest
Well, this weekend I was busy packing up my son to move back to college. He's moving in an apartment off campus this year so it's lots more furniture and household items that have to go. When I saw these stamps, I new this was perfect for this weekend as all I could think of was that he's going to need lots of prayer and a little luck. It especially made me nervous when he told me the guys expected him to cook for them as none of the rest can cook. Seriously?! My son can't either so that out to be interesting. The sketch is from this week's MOJO MONDAY #204. The paper is retired CTMH Elegant Bouquet. Just using up scraps I have left. Enjoy! Supplies: All CTMH - Paper Elegant Bouquet, CS Cocoa, Sweet Leaf, Ink Cocoa, Sweet Leaf, Stamps Bless This Nest, Opaques Pearl, Colonial White Ribbon, Assrtd Buttons Green

Dear Mom
I love this layout! These beautiful roses are from my DS. I also just discovered that Sam's has new size print of 6x8 for same price as 5x7. I think that size looks nice when it's a single picture. The paper is retired CTMH Elegant Bouquet and the Sketch is for this August Sketch for Friends That Scrap Group. Of course I'm still playing with the CTMH Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge. Aren't those butterflies awesome?! It's also my sample for VSBN (Virtual Scrapbooking Nights) Mini Event on SCS (Splitcoast Stampers) next weekend, August 20 & 21. I'm hosting the 8pm Challenge on Saturday. Come and Play! Supplies: CTMH Paper Elegant Bouquet (retired), CS Cranberry, Black, CTMH Cricut Cartridge Art Philosophy, CTMH Mini Sparkles, Misc Ribbon

Sharing From the Heart
It's that time for our CTMH "Sharing From the Heart" Blog Hop again and we're really enjoying this month as we all have new goodies from the 2011 Fall/Winter Catalog. Woohoo! If you're following the Blog Hop, you just arrived from Lori's Blog. I actually didn't know what goodies to play with first. Just recently, my family had a GREAT time having a Family Reunion. I found the new paper pack - Typeset would work for this layout. Very difficult due to all of the colors and "busy" photos. I've also been playing non-stop with Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge so of course I cut all of the circles with the cartridge. The dimensional circles are from the new Milepost Shapes. The sketch is from Nuts About Sketches #172.
I hope you've enjoyed this stop on our Blog Hop! Your next stop this month is at Kristine's Blog.
Supplies: All CTMH - Paper Typeset, Ink Juniper, Stamps Classmate Alpha, Vintage Type, Cocoa Organdy Ribbon, Milepost Shapes, Opaques Brown

Thanks! You're Awesome
It feels good to be back to crafting. It's been a long month of recovery from surgery and not feeling well! Woohoo! I needed a card for my Aunt who so graciously hosted the Family ReUnion that was my idea. She's an excellent hostess and we had a wonderful time. The card sketch is MOJO Monday 202# and the card supplies are from the new CTMH Paper Pack WOTG (Workshop On The Go) - Roxie! It came with some GREAT Bling! Of course I also used the new CTMH Cricut Cart Art Philosophy. If you have a Cricut, you will find this cartridge a must have as it cut all the banners, both the scallop circle and the standard circle. It's SO versatile! I had 3 of these cards made in less than 35 minutes! Supplies: CTMH Paper Roxie, CTMH Ink Sunset, CTMH Stamps Frames, Tags & Borders, CTMH A little Thanks, CTMH Black Grosgrain, CTMH Bitty Sparkles, CB Folder Dots

All Dressed Up
and some place fun to go! This scrap page is my youngest DS and he's going with his girlfriend to a wedding. It was so fun to help him pick out what to wear, he rarely dresses up. What a cutie! I was so excited to see these colors go with my FAVORITE new paper pack - Lucky! Orange is his favorite color so I should have lots more pages to coordinate.
Welcome to July CTMH Blog Hop! I'm glad you stopped by. You should have come from Kristine's blog where I'm sure you saw lots of CUTE CTMH. Your next stop on our July CTMH Blog Hop is Lori's Blog and I'm positive you won't want to miss what she's come up with to showcase this month! Party On! Summertime and the Livin' is Easy
Well ... that's according to my dear sons who are all out of school and lovin' every minute of Summer! My house feels like chaos now that they're back but it's a good kind of crazy. You just forget how much teenage boys can eat and sleep, LOL! I did this layout for SCS VSBN (Virtual Scrapbooking Nights) which was this past weekend. The challenge was to use a "word cloud" which they gave the site for to create. It worked perfectly for these picts I had of the boys. This layout was a fun one because it was time to get out my NEW pack of CTMH Fanfare and play! The layout idea came from Studio J. Nope...it's a done traditional but sometimes when I'm looking for a sketch idea, Studio J is a GREAT place to get ideas! I'm sure I'll have lots more fun Summer Pages soon and this paper pack will be coming out again! FUN colors! Supplies: CTMH Fanfare, EK Success Punch, CM Star Punch, Cricut CM Cheerful Seasons

Ties That Bind Us Together
This weekend I had time to scrap! Yay! I think my Scrap Mojo is back from it's vacation. This page is of my son Brandon home from college on Spring Break. There are days I look at pictures of him and wonder where the time went. The layout came from a scraplift challenge at SB.com and thanks to Jen & Angie on the SCS Recyclers Thread I had some cute ribbon & bling to add. Of course, my new Spellbinder Labels 4 added just the perfect touch for the title, embellishment and journal spaces. The paper is CTMH Emporium, I've just about used it all! Gasp! Springtime
It's raining again here in Ohio. I'm hopeful that sometime soon we'll enjoy sunshine and flowers. Until then, we'll have to put up with the raindrops. This sketch is from the Sweet Sketch Sunday for this week. The paper is CTMH Mayberry. I thought it was perfect for a Springtime card. Enjoy! If Friends Were Flowers
I'd pick the Gals on SCS Recycle thread! I've only been hanging out with them for the last month or so but they sure have inspired me to lots of new crafting ideas and goodies! Not to mention I've found lots of fun stuff going through my stash looking for things to share...like these CTMH Acrylic Cards. I always have fun when I get them out but of course, they got pushed to the back of the basket and forgotten. Well, they were back in play tonight. This fun card sketch came from Card Patterns Sketch 115. The best part is the Ribbon Flower, I think. I just discovered a product called "Glubers" for making these and I've used up my first package. Tonight I got them out thanks to the inspiration from Card Ideas Challenge to make your own flowers. Woot! woot! Out came the Glubers and the Ribbon. Another shout out to the H2H Crew for the Button Challenge this week, they were still laying on my desk from playing earlier! Gone to the Birds...LOL! I'm back tonight with more birds but I've gone back to the Wings CB Paper. I have just a couple sheets left but my goal was to not hoard the paper for that just in case moment, LOL! There will always be more paper faves. I'm still lovin' those CTMH new button assortments (H2H Challenge) and tonight I'm playin with green and blue. This great sketch is from Sweet Sketch Wednesday #100. (Happy #100!) Fun for Monday!
Ahh, yes I actually got to stamp on a Monday! Wow! I just happened to be off work today so it was the perfect day to actually do the MOJO Monday 190 Sketch on Monday! Woot, woot for me. I also still had out the lovely CTMH Sophia paper pack I was playing with this weekend and I got out the CTMH pink buttons to send to my friend Laurie. Poof! The stars aligned, and I decided that all those yummy goodies were out for a reason and here's the card I have to show for it. It was also just perfect for the H2H Challenge this week - 2 for 2 on Monday! Now that's the start to a good week. Another For Mom
Happy Mom's Day to all Mom's. Today was very sweet as my hubby and sons left me to play the afternoon away in my Scrap/Stamp room. I was able to get several cards done and even a couple scrap pages! It was awesome to have "uninterupted" time to play! The window was open and there was a nice breeze and in between the mowers going, I could hear the birds. So very nice. My Mom, bless her heart, drove over 2 hours to my Sister's house to spend the day with her. My Mom is wonderful like that...if you can't come to her, she'll come to you. I wish I were closer. I wanted to tell my Mom again how much I love her. She SO enjoys getting cards that I make for her (every new one is her FAVORITE!). This week's is done with colors I would choose --- Bright! I got into my new CTMH Sophia WOTG. This Workshop-On-The-Go comes with an Idea Page for scrapping and cards, a stamp set, and some buttons. I ended up using the MOJO Monday 189 Sketch. I know my Mom will find a spot for this one on her counter, I can't wait to send it to her. Supplies: CTMH Paper Sophia, CS Tulip, Pear, CTMH Stamp Sophia, CTMH Tulip Ribbon

For My Mom
My Mom told me that her favorite papers I've been using is the blue/greens I got not too long ago. So out came the CTMH Wings CB pack for her Mother's Day Card. I also wanted to use my new CTMH Blessed Stamps. I did stamp "Happy Mother's Day" inside the card. The card was from MOJO Monday 187 Sketch. I definitely hope to use that sketch again soon. I am almost out of the Wings CB papers but I've made SO many fun cards with this pack. I may just have to order another before it is gone for good :) Supplies: CTMH Wings CB, CTMH Blessed Stamps, CTMH Ink Juniper, Cocoa, Misc Charms

Ribbon Inspired
This weekend I had time to play again both scrapping and stamping and I wanted to get my Easter cards done and out. I used the Mojo Monday #185 sketch. I was going through some stash to see what would "hop" out at me and found this ribbon from Ribbon Boutique and knew those were just the colors I wanted to use for Easter cards. It took a while to get just the right shades pulled together but I thought it came out cute for my favorite CTMH Easter stamps Bunny Love!

Are You Hoppy?
This week I'm traveling for work and we're in the very pretty city of Nashville, TN. I saw Daffodils on my way here and it's "greener" here in TN than OH. Definitely makes me anxious for Spring to arrive! It seemed like a good time to get out some Easter stamps and get ready for March and April stamping! The sketch I used is from Sweet Sketch Wednesday. It was fun to use all these layers. Supplies: CTMH Emporium CB, CTMH Stamps Bunny Love, CTMH Ink Cocoa, Juniper, Creme Brulee, CTMH Just Blooms, CTMH Pearl Opaques

Let's Go Again!
I needed a card for a young friend of mine. That meant it was time to get out the CTMH Thrill Ride and stamp with the Merry-Go-Round again! I like that stamp set because it always reminds me of the Fair -- Fun Rides, Hot Summer Day, Cotton Candy ... yum! I'm not much into rides anymore but it was sure fun when I was little. This sketch is the Mojo Monday 180 and I chose these colors for the H2H Challenge to use Gypsy, Creme Brulee and Black. Supplies: CTMH Paper Hooligans, CTMH Stamps Thrill Ride, CTMH Ink Creme Brulee, Gypsy, Black, CTMH Green Buttons, CTMH Sparkles

Friends Forever!
A good friend of mine sent me a Birthday Card and it was SO SWEET to hear from her. As I took it off the shelf today, I decided that I wanted to send her a card as well -- just because. She's the kind of friend that you can ALWAYS count on no matter when, where or what! I used this week's sketch at Card Positioning Sketches #207 and the color scheme from Pals Paper Arts Challenge 83. Off to find an envelope :) Supplies: CTMH CS Kraft, Chocolate, Spring Iris, CTMh Stamps Unity, CTMH Ink Chocolate, Spring Iris Desert Sand, CTMH Sparkles, Misc Lace
Come On Spring!
I keep gazing out the window hoping to catch a glimpse of the beautiful Cardinals, Robins and Blue Jays that enjoy my yard and trees each Spring and Summer. I've seen them this last week a couple times so I know Spring is close! Today it's a downpour with lots of Flood Warnings but we had so much snow that had to melt, I guess it had to go somewhere. Glimpses of birds in my yard were all I needed to get out my bird stamps again as many of you know, they're some of my favorite! The Challenge at Cute Card Thursday 91 is to create a card for Spring and another Very Cute Sketch at "the sweetest thing" Sketch Sunday Challenge 106 was just a great way to get started! Here's my glimpse of Spring! Enjoy! Supplies: CTMH Emporium CB, CS Cocoa, CTMH Stamps A Tweet, CTMH Inks Sweet Leaf, Cocoa, Vineyard Berry, Twilight, CTMH Buttons Blue, CTMH Pearl Opaques

Express Yourself!
I'm so glad to be back feeling better today. Last night I was stamping away with Splitcoast Stampers Virtual Stamping Night (VSN) Challenges and unfortunately about an hour after I ate dinner I was violently ill, turns out I had food poisoning. Wow, I don't remember ever being that sick before. I was definitely expressing myself at how unhappy I was to be in pain and sick, LOL! My card is a prettier way to Express Myself. This Wings paper is quickly becoming some of my favorite to use. Great colors! The sketch is from this week's SCS Verve Sketch. I added the extra border scallops for the Pals Paper Arts Challenge to use Scallops. I like it! Supplies: CTMH Wings, CTMH Stamps Wings, CTMH Ink Black, Juniper, Vineyard Berry, Olive, CTMH Black Grosgrain, SU! Scallop Loop Border Punch, SU! Eyelet Border Punch, SU! Butterfly Folder

This week has been a really crazy week, not only for work but also for weather! I couldn't believe we had another Snow Day Friday with 6 inches of snow and ice again. Well, it was great timing for the H2H Challenge "Are you tired of COLD yet?" Yes! When I think of cold, I think of cocoa. I've been wanting to use these stamps for awhile now! This seemed the perfect card just for the occasion. I used the Mojo Monday 179 sketch to complete this card. Supplies: CTMH CS Pacifica, Gypsy, Magnifique, CTMH Stamps A Sip, CTMH Sparkles, CB Folder Snowflakes, Silver Emboss Powder

It's Back
Oh yes, it must be almost Spring here in Ohio because I saw the Robins back in our yard this weekend! YAY! Spring should be coming although today you wouldn't know it because it's in the 30's. It doesn't take much prompting for me to get my favorite CTMH Bird Stamp out "A Tweet" and this felt like just the weekend to do it. Mojo Monday #178 was a great sketch to start from and it was time to bring back out the Wings CB Papers. I just think these colors are so perfect for Spring Cards! Enjoy! Supplies: CTMH Wings CB Paper, CTMH Stamps A Tweet, CTMH Blue/Green Sparkles

Life's Little Moments
This is always one of my favorite stamp sets to use, CTMH Treasures. I'm so very ready for Spring. It was time to break out the flowers. This card was inspired by the SCS Featured Stamper Challenge this week. I loved the simplicity and fun color. Supplies: CTMH Paper White Daisy, Cocoa Textured CS, CTMH Stamps Treasures, CTMH Just Bloomin' Flowers, Misc Ribbon

Blast to the Past
Oh my, my, my ... after 14 days of our Countdown to Valentine Love I guess I really jumped off the deep end creatively to see what I could come up with that was something different. I saw the challenge this week at Pals Paper Arts was to come up with a Vintage Card and this is what I came up with. "Vintage" is quite a stretch for me creatively because it's just not my nature to have all these layers and distressing but after I quit fiddling and uploaded, it's growing on me. My DH really liked it so that's good. I also decided to make this card a 5x7 card and use the sketch for Week 2 on SCS Viva-La-Verve Challenge. Challenges are good, they keep the creative juices fresh...not to mention since I had the stamps it was fun to put them to good use. Supplies: CTMH Paper Passages, CTMH Stamps Vintage Postcard, Wonderful Friend, CTMH Ink Bamboo, Desert Sand, Chocolate, Black, Cocoa, Autumn Terracotta, Encore Copper, Versamark, CTMH Holiday Buttons

Happy Valentines Day!
Wow, have we had a good time on our Countdown to Valentine Love! Now here it is, day 14. It may seem strange that I don't have another pink or red card...but those were for my friends. This card, this one is for my Hubby. He's been my DH going on 23 years (whew!). I know by now that he is not into "traditional" colors. For example, he's always bought my yellow roses. I can't remember a time he's bought red. Why? "I just don't like red, I like yellow." He's the most AWESOME Gift Giver and I'm sure there's something fun for me as he was out shopping yesterday all of a sudden. He did bring home bags of goodies for our sons as well. I made sugar cookies for him last night after he went to bed. Those are his favorites, he's not one for chocolate (gasp!). I've wrapped them up and I'm going to put his card with them so he'll find them in the cupboard. Supplies: CTMH Heart of Winter Paper, CTMH Stamps Soul Mates, Adorning Corners, CTMH Bamboo Brads
I'd like to wish all of my Countdown to Valentine Love Blog Hop Friends a Happy Heart Day as well! Thanks for including me in the fun! Check out Day 14 Below:

Make A Wish
It's time for February Birthday Cards! This cute card was inspired by MOJO Monday 177 Sketch and the Countdown to Valentine Love Blog Hop I participated in. I saw many sweet projects using the Cherry-O papers so I just had to get mine out too. Happy Birthday to all my February Friends!
I'm so excited to share with you that I will be participating in another Weekly SCS Friends Blog Hop. I really enjoyed the Valentine Hop and I hope to create with these ladies again soon. The weekly hop will be on Tuesdays. You won't want to miss all the creative goodies you'll see from this group. I'm joining hoping to keep up with them, LOL! I hope you'll stop back Tuesday! Supplies: CTMH Cherry-O Paper, CTMH Stamps Piece of Cake, CTMH Sparkles
You Color My World
I'm excited to show you this card because I just finished it, LOL! Yup, this wasn't the card I made yesterday to put on my blog today for Day 13 of our Countdown to Valentine Love but you know, when Inspiration hits sometimes you just have to go with it. I signed onto the CTMH Site and there was a card they had on the site showing off the new pink ribbons. I don't have those ribbons yet (although they are on my wish list) but the card was adorable AND I just happened to have the scraps from CTMH Sweetheart papers laying on my desk. The rest they say is history. I changed the stamps and used some brads I found cleaning today. I like how it turned out! Supplies: CTMH Paper Sweetheart, CTMH Stamps Priceless Love Word Puzzle, Misc Ribbons, Brads

Inspiration!
Several of my Blog Hop Friends for Countdown to Valentine Love have used the CTMH Evensong papers for their valentines this week! I had not thought of that idea but I was inspired so tonight I pulled out the pack I have left. The sketch is from Week 3 Verve Sketch on SCS. I also kissed the hearts for the H2H Challenge from Monday. Of course, I used the CTMH Card Chatter - Love Stamps for the sentiment. After all, I was inspired! Supplies: CTMH Evensong Paper, CTMH Stamps All My Love, Noted Backgrounds, Card Chatter - Love, CTMH Organdy Ribbon, CTMH Pearls, Misc Punches and Dies

Cherish Family
Ok, I'm back to my FAVORITE Papers -- Jingle! I know, I know I really should move on but this Jingle paper is such CUTE colors and makes for fun Valentines. This Sketch layout is from Mojo Monday. I'm sending it out to my Sister. She'll laugh that I had time to make her a card. Her kids are young and I keep telling her someday when her kids are more grown up, she'll have time to make me one, laugh! It's all good. Supplies: CTMH Jingle CB Paper, CTMH All My Love Stamps, CTMH Holiday Assrtmt Buttons

"Toadally" Love
I only have scraps of this paper left because I used it all for my Son's Prom Scrapbook Pages. Those scraps worked perfectly for pulling together some cards for Valentines. I also used my Cricut on the sentiment, yay and paper pieced the frog! Don't you just love when you use your "expensive" tools! I wanted something a little different for Day 10 of our Countdown to Valentine Love. This card was just what I was looking for, thanks for stopping by! Supplies: CTMH Daydream, CTMH You Hold My Heart Stamps,

XOXOXO
Day 9 of our Countdown to Valentine Love and I'm still making Valentines! In years past, friends and family would have probably received the same Valentine, just with a different sentiment but this year, I made a variety. Mostly using scraps I had left over from last years paper except for the new ones I did with CTMH Sweetheart papers. I photographed my card before I added a little bling. This card layout was inspired by the featured stamper challenge on SCS. Supplies: CTMH That's Amore' Paper, CTMH Stamps Because I Love You, CTMH Designer Ribbon Rounds, CB Dots Folder

You Rock!
Ahh teenagers, those moments of trying to figure out who you are, where you're going and what you like. I have teenage sons and although they give me moments of gray hair, I do start to see glimmers and glimpses of the men they're going to be and it's good. I think they will get there, LOL! This valentine is for my youngest DS. No pink and red for him - this works better! The sketch is from SCS Verve Weekly Challenges. Supplies: CTMH Paper You Rock, CTMH Stamps You Rock, CTMH Ink Honey, Olive, CTMH Organdy Ribbon, CB Folder Swirls, Diamond Stickles
