Peace and Joy

Our first snowfall for this year here in Ohio was today.  You forget how quiet and still the snowflakes fall at night, like a blanket.  It's pretty to see on the trees out behind our house, when I don't have to drive in it. 

Tonight's card is inspired by Sketch Saturday #393 and Christmas Card Challenge #05.   More Christmas cards already done for next year, yay!   I love that idea.

A Birthday Sparkle

Hello from Sunny Orlando!   I'm here for a customer event and celebrating my Birthday so it's been a very busy but fun week.  Now, it's Friday and I'm ready for some "R&R" and the Color My Heart Color Dare #127.   This week we're celebrating with Indian Corn Blue, Black, White,  and Silver.  Fun colors for this time of year, be sure to come and play along!

More Joy

yup, I'm still enjoying my stamping weekend.  I hope in December I get to make lots more Christmas Cards.  I have so many stamps and fun supplies I like all the choices.  

I'm still using my Holiday Paper stash, this time Frosted from 2013.   The inspiration for this card is the Freshly Made Sketches #164.   The diecut is from the new CTMH Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge.  I love the sparkle trim, esp all the fun colors .   I used black on this one.

Happy New Year 2014

Well, it really hasn't been too warm here in Ohio but ... it's nice and toasty in the Stamp/Scrap Office.   Happy New Year 2014!   I've had a GREAT time crafting this week as I've been off work and had time relaxing.  Just a couple more days and I'll be back at it.    This sketch is actually MOJO Monday #272.

It's my first card in our "100 by 100" Challenge over at SCS.   The challenge is to complete 100 cards in 100 days before buying new stash.  I don't think that will be too hard as I have lots of papers, stamps, inks and embellishments to keep me busy for awhile.   It will be a challenge because I have a new CTMH order coming next month but I'm going to try not to play with my new stuff before the 100 days ... notice I said "try",  LOL!
