Well, since my trip got cancelled due to weather,  I was home tonight and still had scrappy MOJO left over from this weekend (YAY!).   I was inspired by Sketch-n-Scrap #75.  Here's my page

Weekend Scrappin' Update - Feb #3

Hello MOnday!  We're back for another Work WEek but PRior to getting BaCk at it,  it was TImE to SCrap.  I wAs busy this wEekEnd getting PageS done.  This PaGe was InSPIred by this WEek's
Let's Scrap 021115 CHallenge.   I was gone most of January so I'm also catching up on the past sketches I missed from Let's Scrap.   This next one is the Let's Scrap Challenge 012815.  I'll be back with the other 020415 and 012115 and that will keep me up-to-date getting all of those done.   I love to use sketches and am trying to be consistent and support the Blogs and Sites that provide them.

Thinking of you!

Wow, it's cold and snowy here which makes for a GREAT weekend of stamping and scrapping.  Guess it's good in some ways as it makes staying home fun.  Looks like this week might be the same way and cancel out some business travel I have.  That's ok,  I'm ok to push it back ....

This card is for a team mate of mine that's out with some medical issues.  I loved using the CTMH Valentine paper but for a "Thinking of You card".   The sketch is this week's MOJO Monday #384 and I've been wanting to use this cricut cut and it was the perfect time for the Paper Players Challenge #232 this week.

Countdown to Valetine -- My Valentine

Happy Valentines Day!  All the fun hearts and cupids we've enjoyed the last week plus have brought us to Valentines 2015!  YAY!   I've celebrated with my DH Valentine now for 27 years.  We always have a special day together doing the little things that bring smiles.   He always gets me BEAUTIFUL flowers and some dark chocolate and I make his faves for dinner and try to get him a treat that goes with his after dinner coffee.   I'm always amazed that after all these years he tells me his favorite part is the card I make for him,  awww....he's a keeper.   I hope you enjoyed your day as well.  I also love that I get to make all these fun Valentines with the beautiful papers and fun embellishments from CTMH.  It's just so awesome to have stamps, papers and cricut cartridges to enhance the cards and pages I like to complete.  Check out the CTMH Love over at H2H Challenge this week.

Countdown to Valentine Love #7

Friday, Friday, Friday ... and the 13th to boot!  ooohhh...No bad luck here though because we're celebrating Friday with another Color My Heart Color Dare #129 -- Heartstrings colors!   If you've stopped by my blog at all this week you know I've been playing with Heartstrings paper all week in the Countdown to Valentine Love.

The sketch is from Deconstructing Jen #187.  She's also having a Countdown to Valentine Love *extra on her blog this week. 

Hopefully you have all of your Valentines done and mailed or ready to give but perhaps you'll have pictures you can scrap along with us or don't forget that February 17 is "Random Act of Kindness (RAK) Day".   Send someone an extra wish this week and play along with the color challenge.

Countdown to Valentine Love 5.5

Keeping my thoughts off the cold and snow hitting again with staying busy in the craft room tonight.  There are just SO many fun ideas out for Valentine cards ... DH says I have enough "heart" cards to last for the next 20 years of Valentines but he doesn't get that the Countdown to Valentine Love is just a fun, crafty way to celebrate the holiday....

Here's my card for the 2nd half of Wednesday ... LOL!  It was inspired by the Challenge Team over at Atlantic Hearts #94 with this great sketch and the colors are from this week's Paper Players Challenge #231.  I also made this for the fun February Week 1 challenge at Heart 2 Heart Challenges - Home is Where the Heart Is.
