Countdown to Valentine Love #5

Whoop, whoop...it's Wednesday!   As we like to say at my work "It's Almost Friday" ... of course, we start saying that on Monday.  We like to celebrate looking forward to Friday.  Today is also "whining Wednesday" and it's the only day we allow whining at the office...LOL.  Well, that's what we tell ourselves.   I'm not whining (yet) but it is cold here and that sure makes the day seem longer ...

This card is for my Coordinator at work.  She's WONDERFUL and very sweet.  It's perfect sentiment.  The inspiration came from this week's CAS(E) Sketch #109.  It's also for the "add a heart" challenge at Sweet Stampin'.

Countdown to Valentine Love #4

It's Tuesday and we're on our way to another fun Valentines Holiday 2015!  This week on my blog I'm celebrating with lots of hearts and the cute papers from CTMH which were all very fun colors again this year. 

Today's inspiration comes from the fun Sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches #286.  The challenge verse this week at Word Art Wednesday #169 is I Corinthians 16:14.  "Let all your things be done with Charity (Love)".  This year I made several extra valentines to send as February 17 is RAK Day (Random Acts of Kindness) and I wanted to share some "thinking with you" wishes as a surprise for some family and friends.

oh ... it's still Monday, LOL so I'm pretty sure that qualifies for an extra card post to get the week started!  Here is another fun card I got done for the Countdown to Valentine Love.    If you've stopped by my blog this weekend,  you know I've been celebrating with the fun Heartstrings paper and Valentine Stamps from this year's CTMH Expressions Idea Book.  I love the colors of this paper.

I used Red, White and Pink for the Friday MashUp Challenge #196 since Love is in the Air here too.   I used the sketch inspiration from this week's Retro Sketches #152.

Welcome to Monday, the start of another week.  It's supposed to be cold and snowy again here in Ohio.   Hopefully we'll enjoy the hearts and fun of the upcoming Valentine holiday because it's not looking good for the weather!   We have to have something to celebrate, right?!

Countdown to Valentine Love #2

ohhh,  I think this one just might be my favorite card for this weekend so far?!  Love it.  I love the simplicity of the Lagoon and Cranberry with the falling red hearts.   This is also one of my fave sentiments in this set.

Yes, it was just fabulous as my cards came together much quicker than we planned as we've had the "bug" here at our house!   Fortunately everyone is better as we're headed for a busy Feb weekend and I want to get my Valentines in the mail tomorrow.   These are for my sons who are away at college.
