TGIF! TGIF! woohoo, it's Friday, it's Friday ...I hope you've had a good week! It's been a fun one here. We're enjoying a few days in KY to help our youngest son move. How fun for him, something new. Speaking of new .... my boxes of goodies are headed East and should be arriving at my house early next week. Even more reason to get my already fun stash depleted.
It's Friday and that means it's time for another FUN color challenge at Color My Heart Color Dare #101. This week we're playing with Pear, Gypsy, Sunset, and Lagoon. This card is from MOJO Monday Sketch #353 . I also had fun playing along at the Operation Write Home Virtual Card Making Party Challenges and this is for Sunday, 070714 Noon Challenge, make a card for a "teen".
I hope you have time to play along with some challenges this weekend! Don't be scared, come out and play!

Scared Silly
Ok, I admit...I still have some of last year's CTMH Halloween Paper left. I just loved the colors though so I bought not only the paper pack but a pack in bulk and it's been very fun to scrap with for other "non Halloween" pages. Since I had some left, I wanted to get it out as I thought it went great with these Spook Alley Stamps. Always very fun to get out a cute monster stamp. This week is Freshly Made Sketches 1 Year Anniversary Celebration so the challenge was to choose any sketch from the past. I had several faves but I decided to start with #1 ... the one that started it all. Happy Anniversary to FMS! Enjoy!

Showing Off Spook Alley

I've decided that from now on when I purchase a stamp set I'm going to try my best to use all of the stamps that come with the set. Too many times, I purchase a set for "one" stamp and many are left uninked...what a waste. It is also a helpful challenge to get out of my comfort zone. Today's card for H2H Sketch Challenge was my first step toward my self-challenge. Not sure I would have used these stamps as I bought the CTMH Spook Alley set for the Frankstein I thought was so cute! I used him last week so this week, I decided to use some of the other stamps in the set. The CTMH Hooligans paper is quickly becoming some of my favorite and I'm having a great time with both this set and the paper. Scared Silly!

Woohoo! Majority of my Halloween cards are done! Don't you just love when I project comes together. As soon as I saw the Mojo Monday Sketch #155 for this week I knew it would be perfect for getting these cards done. I had to wait until my new CTMH Goodies arrived but this weekend was play time and my cards came out just great! Aren't these new colors AWESOME!
