Summer Sneak Peek

Oh yes,  one of my favorite times .... NEW Idea Book Items ... Yay!   This is a fun one because the new CTMH Seasonal Expressions II comes out tomorrow, Sunday May 1.   Here's a quick peek for a new fun set coming out ... Where is Spring?

Welcome to our SOTM Watercolor Showcase Blog Hop!   If you're hopping along with us, you just came from Marie's Blog.   I have to admit, before today, my watercolors were still in the package, gasp!

But today I got them out to play!   How fun.  I used the Watercolor Paints and painted the tags.  I really liked how it came out.  I also watercolored the bird and added Shinhan markers for more intense colors to the outline.   This card sketch is from the PageMaps Sketch for sb.com.

Wow .... Spring into March

It's time for our March SOTM Blog Hop!   Who doesn't like Spring and celebrating time for birds, flowers and sunshine?!   If you're hopping along with us, you just came from Haley's Blog.

I had so much fun with this stamp set!   I love Spring and all the fun stamps we have to celebrate it's arrival.   Unfortunately I ran off for some scrapping and business travel and completely forgot to photo the adorable layout I created with this set.   The fun part is that we were doing a Regatta Workshop and with the leftovers,  I was able to use the MOJO Monday #437 Sketch.  Perfect timing as these are going out in the mail this week.

Share the Love

Woohoo!  Love is in the air ... well, sort of .... coming soon right?  Haha!   My hubby is frustrated with me because I worked late last night and it interrupted date night plans ... who knew?!   I plan to make it up to him next week for Valentines day and Surprise him with favorite dinner, pineapple upside-down cake and of course a card or 2 .   I always make lots of Valentines and pick one for him as I'm making them.   LOL!    Perfect Timing for our Share the Love Blog Hop!   (Complete List of Hoppers Here).  If you're hopping along our "Share the Love"  Blog Hop, you just came from Gina's Blog.

Cheers To Love

If you haven't had the chance, make sure to pull the papers out  to play along with some of the Charlotte Paper this week!  I used every scrap of the Workshop Your Way papers.  I finished up 6 scrap pages and 5 cards.   This one is for my DH.  Our Anniversary is in May and I figured this was the perfect card to celebrate with.
