This week I received a nice card from an Uncle of mine. It was really nice thank you note but it made me think about that I rarely if ever send cards to men in my family? I'm so used to just sending to my Mom and Aunts. I decided to make this card for my Uncle and reply with a card back to him. This is some of my favorite CTMH Creative Basic papers - Silhouette. Of course, I had to use A Tweet. There have been some pretty little humming birds outside my office window, great inspiration! The card sketch is from this week's challenge at Paper Players #65. Supplies: CTMH Creative Basics Silhouette, Ink Desert Sand, Bamboo, Black; Stamps A Tweet, Creative Bloom Flowers

Celebrating Fall's Arrival
Oh yes, while I'm not enjoying all the rain we're experiencing I am looking forward to Autumn here in Ohio. We live by several beautiful parks and it's always such a lovely time with all of the tree leaves turning colors. I discovered this great leaf cut out on my CTMH Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge and knew it was just perfect for this card. The card sketch is from this week's Sweet Sketch Wednesday #119. More to come with this cute leaf die cut! Supplies: All CTMH: Paper - Olivia, Olive CS, Vanilla Cream CS, Chocolate CS; Ribbon - Autumn Terracotta Ribbon Rounds; Stamps - November Word Puzzle; Ink - Chocolate

August Moments!
It's me and I'm back! It's been a crazy busy August/September getting everyone ready for back to school. My oldest we move into an apartment off campus for college this year and my youngest is a Senior in high school so it was a variety of busy moments getting him ready.
Welcome to our September Blog Hop! If you started at the beginning, you came here from Diana's Blog. This month on our Sharing From The Heart blog hop we were challenged to use one of our favorite color combos. Lately, Vineyard Berry seems to be showing up on lots of my pages and I love the Kraft for background pages. It was a great time to use some scraps for embellishments cut with CTMH Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge. It's AWESOME! If you haven't tried yours yet or received yours yet .... GET IT! I haven't taken it out of the cricut since I received it.
And especially for our Blog Hop, I have another FAVE color combo to share -- Honey, Dutch Blue and Chocolate. I've been busy trying to use up some older paper packs and this one came out for a great match with Sepia photos! Don't miss the opportunity to share in the comments your favorite CTMH Color Combos!
Thanks for stopping by on our September Blog Hop! Be sure to check out the GREAT work at the next stop with Tammy. Supplies: CTMH Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge, Paper Emporium, Kraft CS, Vineyard Berry CS,
